MEET THE TEAM
Drew Mathie
Drew has extensive experience in all forms of dance and has been involved in the entertainment industry her whole life. She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Tap and has teaching qualifications in Ballet, Hip Hop, Street Dance and Modern. She was also a gymnast for 11 years.
Drew has performed as a dancer in numerous shows around the world including Australia, London, Mauritius, Seychelles, Dubai, South Africa as well as on American cruise liner, Princess Cruises.
Drew was the in-house choreographer for the Barnyard Theatre Group for 8 years and is the creative director, producer and choreographer for The Live Show Company.
She has choreographed large corporate shows including EOH, MultiChoice, WesBank, KFC, Standard Bank, Spar, Smollan, Equinity and the Equus Awards among others.
Drew has also done photographic modelling for UK Topdeck Tours Magazine and has worked closely with top photographer Ben Bergh where she appeared on numerous covers including the front cover of Pix Magazine.
Drew is renowned for finding new talent and is very excited to bring this to fruition with the Live Talent Agency.
Roxy Nel
Roxy is an actress, singer and dancer.
She received bursaries for both Drama and Dance at the age of 6 and began performing in professional theatre productions when she was 12 years old.
Roxy moved to Johannesburg in 2011 and started her music career working under the artist name “The Glitchfox”. She released the hit song “Paint Me Like a French Girl” with music producer BreakDLaw in 2012. “Paint Me” can be heard all over the world - it reached No. 1 on several radio stations and No. 10 on the UK Dance Charts. Her song “Love is the Cure” was voted No. 8 on SA’s Top 100 Songs of 2016. She released her new single “Lonely” in June 2020.
Roxy is signed to top South African acting agency – Moonyeen Lee Associates (MLA) and has starred in adverts for Chicken Licken and Coca Cola as well as popular local TV series. She has also worked for both independent and major film studios such as Universal.
She has had the privilege of working with Academy Award winning director Kevin MacDonald, Oscar winning costume designer Alexandra Byrne, cinematographer Alwin Küchler and dialect coach Jessica Drake.
Passionate about the arts, Roxy loves helping mould young and upcoming talent.
Ashleigh Bradford
Ashleigh has worked in the entertainment industry for the last 20 years and has extensive experience in managing artists, shows and productions. Having worked for Zimbabwe Sun Hotels for 5 years touring shows around Zimbabwe. She then moved on to work for the Barnyard Theatre Group in South Africa for 19 years. She has vast experience in all aspects of putting a successful show or event together and has also developed a creative flair for costume and set design.
She managed and toured the world with the South African musical production Under African Skies which toured The Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Thailand, Bahrain, Dubai, the Carribean, Turkey and other destinations.
Ashleigh developed the outside event division of Barnyard Theatres and started The Live Show Company with Drew Mathie.
Ashleigh is delighted to join up with Roxy and Drew on Live Talent Agency and is excited for the next chapter of her career.
